•    Is the room completely private with 4 solid walls and a door? – Yes

•    Are there any other pharma companies onsite? – No

•    Do you need an actual card to be physically present? – No

•    Do you have a BEO/Contract? – Yes

•    What floor is it located- Ground floor


VENUE REQUIREMENTS

•    Room Rental Fee – Based on group request

•    Deposit Required – No, only credit card authorization

•    F&B Minimum or Attendee Requirement – Yes, dependent on date & guest count

•    Cancellation Policy – Yes, as indicated in the contract

•    Final Guest count – 2 business days

•    Room Layout- It can be divided in 2 spaces by a curtain 

•    There is a private door to enter this room, please let us know in advance If you want clients to be guided to enter through this door and not the main one
